Return and replace condenser fan motor and capacitor. Cycle unit to check, ok. Return unit to service.
Found condenser fan motor and capacitor bad. Need to order. Will return tomorrow to replace.
Rooftop unit cooling tune up complete. Replaced all air filters. Tightened loose belt. Checked blower and pulleys. Clean the condenser and coil. Flushed trap and drain. Checked compressor, fan, wiring and capacitor. Cycled cooling and checked the temperature drops with no issues at this time.
